MAKE APPOINTMENT
This time slot is for you to deliver your items. In the event you are unable to make your appointment time, please notify us so we can reschedule.
CONSIGNMENT ITEMS
Please bring no more than 20 items to consign per appointment.
CONTRACT TERMS
60-day contract
50 /50 split for items priced below $100
60/40 paid for items above $100
(no items valued less than $10 unless ok’d ahead of time)
Bring in up to 20 items in splendid condition. Poor condition or excess of 20 items may automatically go to charity be discarded without advance notice.
A minimum $10 fee will be charged per item if we need to improve the item’s condition to make it sellable.
At the end of the 60 day consignment period, any remaining items will be forfeited to the store. They will be automatically transferred to a charity account we have programmed in accounting system.
Hilltop Consignment Gallery reserves the right to dispose of items deemed unsaleable.
Payment in the form of check is issued on the 10th of the following month. Credit card processing fees of 3.75% are deducted.
Items may be subject to end of holiday sales
TIPS
For better pricing and sale of your items, all should be in SPLENDID CONDITION. STAIN FREE, CLEAN, FRESH SMELLING, MENDED, NO WRINKLES, SMOKE-FREE.
DELIVERY
Independent delivery options are available at consigners expense. When delivering or picking up items, we cannot assist you beyond the store’s threshold.
PARKING
There is curbside parking in front of the store as well as up and down main street. During events you can also find addition parking on all neighboring side streets.
